Specialty Bread Baking Schedule
The majority of our products are baked fresh daily and delivered to our stores seven days a week. There are however some specialty breads that we only make on certain days of the week. The following list gives the schedule of those specialty breads. All other products are baked fresh every day for your enjoyment. Please scroll down to see a list of all of our products.

Nash's Miche: This dense and chewy bread is made with wheat and rye grown on Nash Huber's farm in Sequim Washington.
Ficelle: Thin chewy not crusty baguette style bread, great for sub sandwiches and picnics.
Kalamatta Batard: A Saturday special this organic loaf is spiked with kalamatta olives that are sure to make your mouth water.
French: Traditional French dough made in the biga method, moist crumb, and great texture; this bread is completely multipurpose. (pan bread, slider buns, hot dog buns, baguettes)
Grandmas White Pan Bread: Like this name this bread is exactly like what would come steaming out of your grandma’s oven.
Caraway Rye: High in fiber and filled with caraway seeds this part rye flour part wheat flour bread is perfect for Reubens. (boules and pan bread)
100% Rye: Made with nothing but rye flour dense, hearty and full of flavor, this beast of a loaf is worth fighting for. (pan bread) Best sliced very thin.
Cranberry Walnut: Filled with chewy organic cranberries and walnuts with a hint of orange zest, this bread is great for toasting and turkey sandwiches. (batards and pan bread)
Fig Anise: Delicious sweet organic black figs and the tang of the anise give this loaf a lot of character. It goes stupendously with lamb and bold cheeses. (batard)
Sourdough Baguette: Naturally leavened, hard and crusty on the outside and moist and chewy on the inside. Great for serving with soups and pastas.
White: The perfect naturally leavened or more commonly termed white bread. Tear it, dip it, toast it, slice it, great for any meal. (batard and pan bread)
Seedy: Our most popular loaf. Wheat bread filled with chewy seeds and grains gives this bread its great texture and taste.
Wheat: Also naturally leavened made with 50 percent wheat flout and 50% white flour. Perfect for any aplication.
Hearth: Wheat yeast bread that is sweet and moist. The perfect sandwich or toast bread. (pan bread and dinner rolls)
Panini: Chewy crust with airy moist center, perfect for grilling. Available in 4 and 5 oz rolls and infused with rosemary or whole roasted garlic cloves.
Cinnamon Raisin: Swirled with cinnamon and raisins, this is a Tuesday favorite. (pan bread, batard, buns)
Morning Glory Muffin: Filled with shredded apples, carrots, walnuts, raisins, and cinnamon this muffin is sure to brighten any day. Also available in a mini muffin.
Blueberry Cornmeal Muffin: Burst in your mouth blueberries paired with cornmeal make this muffin magic.
Blueberry Lemon Scone: Cream, cranberries and lemon zest topped with coarse sugar, what a treat.
Cheddar Jalapeno Scone: As savory as it sounds. A scone with a little kick.
